Ephraim Bililign and Hannah Kausch, seniors at the Early College at Guilford High School in Greensboro, have exemplified leadership by organizing volunteer and community engagement opportunities with a focus on technology and engineering. Bililign and Kausche have each served as president of the school’s first robotics team, a program immersing students in a complete engineering experience applying STEM skills to fun and engaging competitions and activities. They have mentored younger students in an effort to create excitement around science and engineering.
